JP Ricciardi has over 30 years of experience with analyzing baseball talent on the field and helping generate revenue off of it. Currently the Executive Analyst for the Boston Red Sox and Worcester Red Sox on NESN, JP has served as the General Manager of the Toronto Blue Jays, Director of Player Personnel for the Oakland Athletics during the rise of sabermetrics, advised the President of Baseball Operations with the San Francisco Giants, and more. JP has seen a plethora of different ways to determine on field talent over his career, and continues to blend old school and new school methods to analyze the player as a whole.
